Small Out-ROOM/GARAGE/CONTAINER Needed for Private SELF-STORAGE

Hello to everyone on Gumtree, I'm URGENTLY looking for a single garage or small outside room or even a small converted shipping container with no leakages, for use as PERSONAL STORAGE unit of my belongings: most of my goods are broken or faulty computer equipment which I will one day either fix or break as spares. I'm going back to university in Cape Town to enrol for my Doctorate degree within the next 10 days. I'm looking for a dry, dust-free & secure place to keep my belongings and pay rent upfront. NOTE: As I work part-time as a freelance computer engineer, I will be coming into the unit to pick up item(s) for repairs at least three times a week. I'm registering for my Doctorate at UCT, but I will be doing at least halp of my research projects here in Durban. So, I'll be traveling between Durban and Cape Town for most part of the year 2012. I'm looking for a space to move in my belongings as soon as today: Thursday 2 Feb 2012, and would need to sign a lease agreement for about 6-12 months.
